promeos® systems are robust and durable. If you still need a spare part, our spare parts service offers quick and competent help. To ensure a quick processing and solution of your request, simply let us know the corresponding item number. If this is not available, please send us a photo of the type plate of the system and the affected component. We will then contact you to clearly identify and deliver the spare part.

Regular system maintenance is a prerequisite for ensuring your insurance coverage of the plant. promeos® system maintenance is tailored to the specific needs of your system and at the same time it offers you sufficient flexibility to meet the requirements of your ongoing production process. With system maintenance, we check the entire burner system at regular intervals of 6 or 12 months. So that you hardly feel the system maintenance in the ongoing process, we will be happy to come to you on weekends if you have an agreement.
