In contrast to conventional flame burners or electrical heat, promeos® flameless gas burner technology is significantly more energy efficient, improves product quality and optimizes the production process. Applicable in all industrial heat processes, promeos® technology can be integrated into existing thermal processes and systems and replace conventional technology as well as be used in newly designed systems.

The flameless gas burner technology from promeos® is based on the pore burners developed by promeos® for series production. There are no open flames, but the combustion takes place in a controlled manner in ceramic structures. The complete mixture of gas and air outside the combustion chamber creates the basis for a subsequent clean and quiet combustion.

The promeos® technology allows to use not only conventional piping and liquefied gas but also special gases, such as process and pyrolysis, biogas or other low-pressure gases. The mixture burns, releases the energy directly to the ceramic structure of the burners, causing them to glow. The heat flows into the beam body of the respective heating task. At the same time, the hot exhaust gas is used as convection heat. In this way, inhomogeneous temperature fields or complex flows are avoided.

The torch power can be integrated and scaled as desired by parallel connection of individual blocks. The geometry is determined by the application. This variability – point, line, surface, or pattern – makes it easy to integrate into existing or new systems.

Therefore, existing flame burners or electric heating modules can almost always be replaced by the more efficient, flameless gas burner technology from promeos®.
