Mobile furnace bodies make refilling redundant and increase material and energy efficiency!
For foundries it is critical to avoid refilling. Each refilling process not only costs valuable energy, it also deteriorates the material quality. m.pot and heatdock combine the functions of the melting furnace, transport pan and dosing or scooping furnace into a single system. Due to the patented promeos® flameless burner technology it is very energy efficient and low-emission.
Further efficiency gains can be achieved by recirculating und re-use of the in-process high temperature waste heat to preheat raw materials. This is enabled by a dual docking station (heattwin) with an additional preheating position. This way one m.pot is used for melting and simultaneously a second m.pot is preheated by using the waste heat.
