No heating solution like any other: The mobile long-neck heating system for crucible furnaces from promeos® demonstrates what heatelligence means in practice for our customers: one system for several plants, customarily efficient, easy to handle, safe and digitally connected!
Mobile
In order to optimally meet the special customer requirements, a mobile solution was customised: the heating system is ideally adapted to the local, structural conditions of the existing crucible furnace and can be used in the shortest possible time in each furnace thanks to several permanently installed terminals (plug&heat).
Precise
The burner system enables very precise and thus energy-efficient heating of the crucible furnaces. Drying, sintering and heating – the optimum target temperature curve is reproduced exactly for each usage scenario – a prerequisite for minimum wear and maximum service life.
Safe
The promeos® heating system meets the highest requirements for safety and operability. For example, the hoses, which are subject to heavy wear in mobile use in a foundry, are continuously subjected to a digitally monitored leakage check.
Connected
The system is equipped with the promeos® digital service agent (prosa) and is always optimally connected via mobile phone network. Troubleshooting and optimisation of the operating parameters during operation are possible at any time through remote access and have already impressively demonstrated their benefits.
