At promeos® we proved it can.
We developed a custom-engineered burner solution for preheating rotating mold belts — a key step in aluminum casting for one of the key players in the market – Aluminium Rheinfelden Alloys GmbH.
The system is based on a fully premixed, gas-powered burner system, mounted directly onto the mold belt using a customer-supplied bracket. This tailored integration enabled seamless operation and precise heat delivery where it matters most.
