Last year, we commissioned two electric ladle heaters for Odlewnie Polskie, a prominent ADI ductile iron manufacturer. Powered by green electricity, these heaters facilitate a CO2-neutral heating process, delivering the same advantages as gas-powered flameless promeos® ladle heaters. Each heating station, with a 60-kW output, heats ladles to 800° in under two hours. Precise control and programming ensure maximum efficiency and homogeneous, material-friendly heating.
At CastForge 2024, we received excellent feedback from Tomasz Jakubowski, the Project Manager from Odlewnie Polski. The system has been performing exceptionally well, and they showcased our integrated solution at their booth.
