Efficient Industrial Heating Solutions: The Arcus project

Arcus Elektrotechnik, renowned for excellence in electrical engineering and industrial automation, faced a significant challenge. They needed to upgrade their existing oven to enhance efficiency in heating non-ferrous metal press blanks. The task was clear: integrate advanced technology to meet their high standards and improve production.

Our goal was to deliver a more efficient heating solution for Arcus. The project involved designing and implementing a state-of-the-art system within a four to five-month timeline. Our approach was precise and strategic.

Implementing Advanced Heating Solutions

We installed a smart burner line and integrated it into a continuous pusher-type furnace with transport lines. This system produces the target temperature required for forming non-ferrous metal billets before pressing. It was one of our earliest projects and marked a significant milestone in our journey.

For over 15 years, this furnace has been operational in Arcus’ production line, a testament to our commitment to quality and innovation. We continue to perform annual maintenance, ensuring its longevity and optimal performance.
